Bainbridge Island, WA
BLIS is a multi-family community located minutes from the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal. The project has 107 apartments, 7 loft homes, and 18 townhomes. SWW Interiors was hired by the owner, Sound West Group, to provide full Interior Design Services. This included a full ID CD package to the contractor for all amenity and common area spaces.
The community amenities include a variety of spaces, such as: a bicycle lounge, a pet station known as the ‘Paw Spa’, 24-hour fitness center with a private yoga studio, Peloton bikes, cozy alcoves, fireplaces throughout, outdoor fire pit with seating, rooftop lounge, built-in BBQ grills, private meeting spaces, conference room, hangout room with billiards table and usable beer taps, televisions throughout the property, and a business center.
Water conservation, energy optimization, material stewardship, and healthy spaces are some of the sustainable design elements that helped this development achieve LEED certification.
