A complete renovation of a 10,000SF high-rise condominium in downtown Bellevue. The previous space had been segmented and did not take advantage of the sweeping 360-degree views. SWW Interiors worked with Hinge Studio to open up the space along the windows by relocating some of the infrastructure to the middle of the building. The owners envisioned their new home as the “ultimate entertainment space” and designed details that would exude a luxurious experience. Notable spaces are the Grand Living Room, Master Suite, Wine Cellar, and a Billiards Room complete with full bar. SWW Interiors provided all new lighting, plumbing and appliances, materials & finishes, and furniture for this grand home.
