Shugart Wasse Wickwire provided Interior Design services and furnishings for a six-story 111 unit apartment building in the West Seattle neighborhood. The development has a mix of studios, one and two bedrooms and loft style apartments. The amenity spaces include a community room, fitness room and two roof top terraces featuring bbq grills a fire pit and spectacular views of downtown, Mt. Rainier and the Cascades.
The project is on track to earn LEED Gold certification.
